The unit is in the 11th floor, with awesome view from outside balcony. In the 15th floor is the swimming pool, FREE use.

The answer is no. In this time of pandemic, it is very unpredictable situation. It's advisable to bring all your necessary certificate or documents (medical certificates) when you travel specially we are still in the midst of battling the virus.

Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool from 9am - 5pm. Guests are required to bring their own towels.

The condominium is so great that sleeping is not a problem and the location is great .

We have our own food and drinks in the fridge. The location so great that we can get some fresh food and we are going out for dinner. The only thing that we need is a couple things to get ready for tomorrow.

We can sleep in the bed and we will be fine with it. We can sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night for 9 days. The air conditioning works great and we have a good amount of sleep. I’m going back next year. We very happy.

i love my stay here in the condo as it is close to the mall and has other modes of transpo to Tabo-an market, etc very a

i love how close this condo is to Ayala Mall and its facilities. the room is spacious enough for 2-3 pax, and had a great time lounging in the pool esp. during hot hours.

there were small cockroaches, though there were mosquito sprays, i think it could have been maintained regularly with a pest treatment.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I loved staying here and would have extended the stay if it weren’t already booked. The bed was amazing. The roof top pool was lovely. The air conditioning was good. The Security working the door was always friendly and pleasant. One of the more enjoyable stays of my 15 months traveling.

expensive and bad customer experience. will not advise anyone to stay there

central and close to Ayala Mall and descent restaurants

red tape in signing in and signing out of the accommodation. safety box / safe alarm kept going off randomly. cockroaches all over the kitchen and living room area. lack of response from the owner and building admin to complaints made regarding the accommodation, as bc well as from security, due to the problem and escalation

the accessibility to the ayala mall a 3min walk to ayala mall

the security where not informed that i will be arriving so it took me some time to get in and the host didnt inform me the full details of the unit which floor or room the unit was very dirty , there are left overs on the sink, fridge was full of soiled foods, table was full the trash and empty water bottles, the comfort room was dirty which urine stinks on the toilet bowl, the floor was really dirty and dusty. the trashbins are full . i cleaned the unit myself to make it more comfortable, i bought detergent and lysol . i even mop the floor. the AC was full of dust. i actually check in a day after my check in date so i expected that the room was clean and ready
